Freshys does not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging Privacy

Freshys may collect mobile phone numbers from users or businesses who consent to receive text messages. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments

Payments on Freshys are processed by Stripe and related payment partners. When you pay or set up payouts, Stripe may collect payment card or bank details under its own privacy practices. Freshys receives limited payment status and billing information needed to complete marketplace and supplies orders.
